Happy Harry is a manager, sponsor and producer of the Celesteville radio stations for children's audience, he has black hair on his head, he is wearing a pink sweater with a white apron, blue pants and black shoes. He made his appearance in the episode Radio Riot chose to Zephir as the owner of his radio station in his ice cream parlor so that the children listen to his advice live and others contact him by phone to solve their problems, but when Victor Rataxes he told to Zephir on the phone about the problem he has with his dad Lord Rataxes, the children started a strike that caused a lot of problems and the adults did too but it all ended thanks to Victor Rataxes who gave his speech to make everyone think, later Happy Harry decided to cancel the radio station of Zephir because he has six children who also went on strike.
