Lady Rataxes is Lord Rataxes' very pretty wife and queen of Rhinoland.
Biography[]
Unlike her husband, Lady Rataxes is kind hearted and patient with Babar and his family. While she can be demanding and very tough on her husband, her heart is in the right place.
She and Rataxes have been married as far back as the Old Kingdom before the city of Rhinoland was built. She has a pet warthog named Reggie whom she does adore and cried when he was lost. When she found out that Babar had kept him safe, she thanked him by lifting the Pomegranate blockade and made Rataxes promise never to do that to Celesteville ever again. Whenever Lady Rataxes is sad, her husband does everything he can to make her happy again. She is very cultured and loves to visit the theatre, in the episode The Show Must Go On, we find out she loves Ballet and is the biggest fan of Mademoiselle Soretoza. According to the episode, My Dinner with Rataxes, she and Celeste have learned to get along, unlike Babar and Rataxes. She does become upset when they aren't invited to the Celesteville Masquerade Ball, she would break items to get rid of her sadness, her husband set up a road block and taxed everyone who came by, however when they find out they were invited after all, she apologizes right away. Just like Babar and Celeste, Lady Rataxes loves her son Victor, when her son was on a camping trip, she took comfort in taking care of a baby elephant who was found outside of their palace.

- The one destructive thing that Lady Rataxes has done, was destroy the Royal Peanut Patch, she was eager to take part in the Rhino charge, she had more energy than her husband did.
- Unlike her husband, Lady Rataxes does not wear a crown.
