Tara Strong (née Charendoff) (b. February 13, 1973) was a Canadian voice actress, known as an adult for voicing roles like Bubbles from The Powerpuff Girls, Dil Pickles from the Rugrats franchise (including the crossover film Rugrats Go Wild), Timmy Turner from Fairly OddParents, and Melody from The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea.
For the Babar franchise, she voiced Celeste as a child in the TV series when she was only a teenager. Other real-life teenage roles of hers include the voice of Chloe from the original Madeline special and the title character from Hello Kitty.
