Takes place mainly in the palace.
Plot
Babar's 3 oldest children have came up with an idea of writing a newspaper called "The Celesteville Equiry".
Flora first takes pictures all over the palace that aer quite humorous and silly. When Cornelius and Pompadour find out about it, they worry, and tells Babar and Celeste.
Babar then decides to let Flora decide. And Flora decides to publish it. But right before that, Babar warns her that she forgot one part of it.
After taking a lot more pictures, a lot of people see it and they find out that Flora took more pictures, except with the dignitive side as well, showing that the palace is har working, and not just being silly.
